Who we are

Andrew R. Kelty is the owner of Kelty Construction, LLC. His 20 years in the construction industry completing construction projects of over 150 new homes, 10 multi-family dwellings, and more than 100 home remodels and renovations gives him the experience and insight needed to complete your project in a timely and efficient manner as well as paying particular attention to the details that make your project beautiful.
 
How the process works:
After contacting Kelty Construction, I will set up an onsite meeting to determine your construction needs for your project. First will be to determine if your project will need to involve an architect for design needs. Once plans are finalized, then I will provide a budgetary estimation to define the budget needed to fully complete the project. If the budget fits your needs, then I will provide a detailed proposal defining the exact cost as well as scope of work. If the proposal satisfies your needs to complete your project, then I will make the proposal into a contract and schedule the work to start.
 
I give each and every project my personal attention and oversee every aspect to ensure quality is achieved. I respect that while I am working on your project, I am working on your most valuable possession and within your personal space. I go to great lengths to ensure that your project is clean and orderly at all times, moves at a rapid pace and is the least interruptive to your daily routine as much as possible.
